Conduct research and usability testing: Validate design choices by performing user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
Shape AI-enhanced experiences: Design user interactions that leverage AI assistance and intelligent workflows while maintaining user-centric approaches.
Maintain organized design files: Use tools like Figma to keep design resources structured for seamless handoff to engineering.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
4+ years of professional product design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS products.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and innovative UX solutions.
Extensive expertise in Figma, including knowledge of component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma prototyping, Framer, Principle, or similar technologies.
Proven ability to build and maintain design systems, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
A deep understanding of accessibility standards and principles of inclusive design.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills suited for a fully remote team that operates asynchronously.
While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered a plus:
Frontend development skills such as HTML, CSS, or React, allowing for prototyping in code or enhanced collaboration with engineers.
Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize design workflow or assist in code conversion from design specifications.
