Defining the Product Vision: Collaborate with management to align business objectives with user needs.
Market & Customer Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user interviews to identify real-world problems needing solutions.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and order user stories, ensuring that the development team is consistently clear on tasks and goals.
Maximizing Value: Make critical decisions on which functionalities to develop to ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment).
Data and KPI Analysis: Set and monitor key success metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Stakeholder Interface: Gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product progress to clients and internal departments (marketing, sales, etc.). Assist with both pre-sales and project implementations for acquired clients.
Pilot Project Management: Coordinate initial client projects to validate products/services and define optimal methods to achieve client objectives.
Candidates for the Product Owner position should bring a mix of skills and experiences that align with the responsibilities of the role. This includes:
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to engage with various stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization.
Familiarity with Tools and Processes: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar and knowledge of Agile methodology.

Understanding of Problem-Solving Methodologies, such as Design Thinking.
Background in working within cross-functional teams, involving roles like User Experience (UX) Designers, Data Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Sales & Marketing personnel.
