Job Overview

The Senior Learning and Development Partner will report directly to the Director of Culture and Engagement. This crucial role is aimed at scaling enterprise learning solutions, thereby boosting business performance and enhancing leadership capability across the organization. The candidate will work closely with various departments such as Sales, Client Success, Product, Technology, and People Operations to ensure that learning initiatives are closely aligned with the company's growth and operational excellence objectives. The position necessitates a blend of strategy, execution, and influence, focusing on translating business needs into actionable learning experiences that enhance leadership, talent development, and a client-centered culture.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be tasked with several essential duties, including:

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy that is in alignment with corporate goals, revenue growth, and workforce planning.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters of leadership development and organizational readiness.
  • Translating core business priorities into effective and targeted learning interventions.
  • Designing and delivering tailored leadership and manager development experiences.
  • Coaching leadership on high-performance team building, talent development, and navigating organizational changes.
  • Supporting succession planning initiatives and career pathways with structured development frameworks.
  • Partnering with various employee resource groups and mentorship programs aimed at strengthening leadership pipelines and driving inclusion in the workplace.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to formulate a comprehensive and effective onboarding experience.
  • Enabling change management tied to system implementations and organizational growth.
  • Leveraging data and feedback to continuously enhance learning impact, establishing metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates are expected to meet several qualifications to be eligible for this position:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing enterprise learning programs.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of aligning learning strategies to the organization's goals.
  • Exceptional skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, learning management systems, engagement tools, and performance management systems.
  • Relevant certifications related to leadership development or organizational change (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, ICF) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Transact Campus provides a competitive salary range for this position, estimated between $100,000 and $135,000. The salary can vary based on numerous factors such as the candidate's location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may be offered through bonuses or equity options.
