Job Position: Executive Assistant

Life360 is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their Administrative team. This role will primarily support four Vice Presidents across the Growth and Location Experiences teams. Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at driving efficiency:

  • Collaborate closely with executives to ensure clear communication and efficient execution of updates and priorities.
  • Act as a culture ambassador enhancing morale and engagement in a fully remote setting.
  • Coordinate strategy offsites, team events, and administrative activities.
  • Manage domestic and international travel along with related expenses and budgeting.
  • Lead special projects supporting organizational goals.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and fellow Executive Assistants.
  • Adapt to fast-paced and changing environments with sound judgment.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

The competitive salary range for the Executive Assistant position is $105,000 to $131,000 USD. Salary may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, and experience. Additionally, Life360 offers an extensive compensation package including:
