Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Data Analyst, your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying and Establishing KPIs: You will play a vital role in determining the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be utilized by the product team to assess product success.

  • Guiding Product Teams: Empowering product teams through advanced methodologies and analytical tools to foster a data-driven culture will be crucial. You’ll need to train and support teams in leveraging data insights for their decision-making processes.

  • Shaping Experimentation Strategy: In this fast-paced role, you’ll design A/B tests and create testing guidelines while ensuring success metrics align across teams. This involves validating technical setups and tracking experiment performances.

  • Conducting Thorough Analysis: Analyzing product performance metrics and understanding user behavior will allow you to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. Your findings will guide strategic decisions that could enhance product functionality and user experience.
