Work Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and deliverables, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Familiarizing oneself with the necessary documentation needed to realize project mandates.
Collecting, analyzing, and documenting client needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborating with the business architect and the IT team in the development of these solutions, ensuring they align with client goals.
Presenting the proposed solutions, discussing their impacts, and validating them with the end users to ensure they meet the desired outcome.
Recording meeting minutes and transmitting decisions made to the IT team.
Validating the documentation concerning the solution and ensuring compliance with user requirements.
Identifying potential issues and discussing them with higher management.
Developing business processes to represent implemented solutions in accordance with BPMN 2.0 standards.
Leading meetings, workshops, and presentations to facilitate teamwork and communication.
Understanding the targeted deliverables to get a detailed view of test strategies and implementation strategies established during the detailed architecture phase.
Drafting specifications and carrying out tests for functionality.
Participating in strategy development for testing specifications, ensuring that testing schedules are maintained.
Coordinating user acceptance testing in an Agile context and monitoring any issues that arise, while producing periodic project progress reports.
Ensuring the necessary conditions for testing are in place and managing communication with team members and stakeholders.
Assisting in solution deployment activities and guiding the documentation and training processes.
Engaging in general accountability tasks that fall within the scope of this position.
The following deliverables will be expected of the successful candidate:
Detailed documentation on requirements and solutions.
Meeting documentation, including minutes from meetings and workshops.
Documentation associated with testing and implementation, as well as change management processes.
Regular updates on project progress throughout the candidate's involvement.
Acceptance testing specifications and strategies.
Project advancement tracking documentation, ensuring communication of issues and decisions.
Required Skills
Candidates who wish to apply must meet the following qualifications:
Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, management, or a related field.
Have a minimum of three years of experience working as a business analyst.
Have completed at least one significant project (a minimum of 105 person-days) in a broader project scope involving at least 2,500 person-days.
