Campaign Optimization & Performance

  • Regularly analyze campaign performances and consistently optimize them according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct structured tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Identify avenues for scaling and proficiently adjust strategies based on performance analytics.

Creative & Funnel Strategy

  • Collaborate with the creative teams to formulate high-performing ad concepts, messaging, and offers.
  • Work together on optimizing landing page strategies and enhancing conversion rates (CRO).
  • Ensure consistency between advertising messages, user intent, and the post-click experience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Transform performance data into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that link to actual business outcomes instead of merely platform metrics.
  • Where feasible, correlate paid media performance metrics with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline statistics.

Client & Project Leadership

  • Spearhead client communication, strategic discussions, and performance reviews to foster transparent relationships.
  • Maintain strong project management skills across multiple accounts using tools like Asana and internal workflows.
  • Set educational standards and ensure consistent execution across various campaigns.

Required Skills

To be considered for this pivotal role, applicants should hold the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in paid media strategy, preferably in an agency setting or handling multiple clients simultaneously.
  • A verified track record of managing and successfully scaling campaigns in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, eCommerce, and/or multi-location service settings is indispensable.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude to link marketing performances to concrete revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication abilities to present strategies and performance metrics effectively to clients.
  • Must show exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and a low tolerance for ineffective execution.

Tools & Technology Skills

Familiarity with major paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn is vital. Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, along with reporting tools is essential. A comfort level in leveraging AI tools for improved efficiency in various processes, while maintaining high standards of strategic output is also important.
