Key Responsibilities
The VP will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, which include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing Field Service and Implementation teams, ensuring that they focus on proactivity and exceptional service.
Driving organizational activities aimed at achieving measurable business improvements that elevate service standards and operational capabilities.
Managing day-to-day operations of field services, ensuring optimal performance and quality of service delivered.
Developing and handling budgets related to the Field Service and Implementation areas to secure resource allocation and cost control.
Serving as the primary contact for escalated issues, thus ensuring timely resolution of challenges faced by the team.
Creating and executing risk management strategies to mitigate potential problems in field service and implementation operations.
Collaborating with Sales and Operations to support national growth initiatives and account management strategies.
Addressing employee relations concerns as necessary, which includes managing policy violations and other staff-related issues.
Enhancing service schedules to align with customer needs and ensuring that team availability aligns with operational demands.
Identifying processes for improvement aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service quality.
Ensuring continuous training for Field Service staff is provided across the entire organization.
Conducting routine checks with customer staff to validate service quality and resolving identified issues at the facility level.
Monitoring customer stock levels and performing necessary walk-throughs for optimal site functionality.
Being available for service emergencies when they arise.
Supporting the development and refinement of pre-planning processes for customer implementation needs.

10+ years of experience in service operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
A proven track record of driving operational excellence and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, making the candidate adept at problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Exceptional commercial aptitude and the ability to manage budgets effectively, focusing on financial performance.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must also be prepared to meet certain physical requirements for the role, which include:
Lifting containers weighing up to 40 lbs and pushing/pulling wheeled transporters or palletized products weighing approximately 300 lbs.
Able to travel up and down stairs, occasionally walking up to two miles a day and standing for extended periods.
Working near hospital personnel, sensitive medical equipment, and patients.
Additional Requirements
This position involves regular travel to various hospital locations, with a willingness to travel between 1-3 hours daily and on occasion up to 5+ hours depending on support needs.
