Role Overview: Training & Enablement Associate

The Training & Enablement Associate, officially titled Revenue Enablement Associate, is a pivotal role that aims to onboard, develop, train, and coach teams responsible for four core Revenue roles: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development.

This position offers remote flexibility, allowing candidates to work from locations across the USA. However, it's important to note that salaries will be based on NYC standards, regardless of remote work location, and any income earned in other states may be subject to New York State tax withholding.

Daily Responsibilities

The successful candidate will engage in several key activities day-to-day, such as:

  • Delivering a comprehensive 5-week training program aimed at new hires in revenue roles,
  • Creating and organizing onboarding materials and curriculum,
  • Facilitating both classroom and blended learning experiences,
  • Conducting coaching sessions focused on soft skills like objection handling, discovery and negotiation,
  • Completing weekly scorecards for new hires in the onboarding process,
  • Administering assessments and activities to gauge the effectiveness of the training,
  • Continuously updating and enhancing existing training materials,
  • Evaluating the overall impact of the onboarding program, leveraging performance metrics and evaluations,
  • Supporting various strategic initiatives and coaching opportunities as the company expands into new market verticals,
  • Monitoring and updating essential content utilized by the revenue team.

Compensation and Benefits

YipitData offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
