The Senior Manager will serve as an operational partner to the Director of Digital Operations & Governance. The responsibilities of this position include:
Partnering with the Director to execute strategic operational priorities and continuously improving the Digital COE operating model.
Leading transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, operational maturity, and the adoption of new digital capabilities.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including Product Management, UX, Technology, Marketing, and Business partners, to streamline business processes that support key initiatives.
Leading the Blueprint Process Workstream which encompasses business readiness, organizational change, and process harmonization across enterprise transformation initiatives.
Developing and implementing change management strategies that facilitate a smoother transition to future operational models and capabilities.
Overseeing the COE intake and portfolio management processes while providing guidance to the Business Operations Manager.
Working alongside the Data Governance Manager and Operations Director to refine the data governance framework and enhancement roadmap.
Supporting the improvement of enterprise customer experience metrics by leveraging operational insights and contributing to stakeholder engagements.
Creating executive dashboards that offer visibility into portfolio health, readiness, and overall performance of the Digital COE.
Leading and mentoring the Business Operations and Data Governance teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Supporting annual planning, budget tracking, and operational performance reporting in conjunction with Finance and Digital leadership.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital operations, business transformation, program management, operational excellence, or consulting.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation efforts and establishing operating models, governance frameworks, and promoting collaboration across various departments.
Strong skills in managing operational planning, executive reporting, and performance metrics.
Capacity to develop and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills along with a clear understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting.
Preferred experience includes background knowledge in digital marketing, marketing technologies, or enterprise digital platforms, alongside familiarity with tools such as Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Qualtrics, Power BI, or Tableau.
This position offers a competitive base salary that falls within the range of $159,200 to $198,900, depending on the candidate’s location and qualifications.
