Job Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

• Driving payroll strategies to enhance existing payroll operations
• Collaborating across various teams such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to identify and implement process improvements.
• Partnering with third-party payroll, legal, and risk management teams for audits and requests.
• Conducting investigations and analyses to identify root causes of payroll problems to initiate continuous improvement opportunities.
• Overseeing and reviewing various employee actions for accuracy, such as changes in job status and termination.
• Assisting in the preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolving any reporting issues.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-state environment, ideally within retail.
• Strong Excel skills, with proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with third-party vendors, particularly ADP Vantage HCM.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
