Role and Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Senior Software Engineer, you will be tasked with leading the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) specifically for CRM/IVR applications. Your role will entail a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

• Leading the SDLC from initial requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Designing and architecting scalable and maintainable CRM solutions utilizing SFDC or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Writing, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality code across various languages such as .Net, Java, JavaScript, and Angular JS.
• Enforcing and developing coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Acting as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM/IVR platforms, which include Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
• Configuring, customizing, and integrating CRM/IVR systems with other enterprise applications.
• Leading innovative CRM-related initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Tracking project progress, managing timelines, and effectively reporting to senior leadership.
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Performing software testing strategy development and compliance checks.
• Architecting backend services and APIs that support CES operations, including various management systems related to customer engagement.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and overall performance of CES tools.
• Developing observability and monitoring solutions to boost system reliability and performance.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with customer journey insights.
• Leading the creation and execution of automation testing frameworks, integrating those into CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins or GitHub.

Required Qualifications

Candidates are expected to meet certain qualifications to fulfill the responsibilities of this role effectively:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in CRM/IVR systems.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in CRM/IVR platforms, including Dynamics CRM and Salesforce (classic and lightning).
• Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are advantageous.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, along with familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

Salary & Benefits

The base salary for this Senior Software Engineer role ranges from $121,400 to $173,300 per year. However, the final compensation will be influenced by several factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
