• Building and maintaining features, taking ownership from concept discussions through to deployment.
• Collaborating closely with the product team and other stakeholders to refine and redefine features.
• Committing time to app maintenance, aiming for at least 20%, to enhance stability, performance, and improvement of developer experience.
• Writing and maintaining tests to ensure reliable deployments to production multiple times a day.
• Monitoring and resolving system issues to maintain performance and stability as the system scales.
• Learning from experienced colleagues to continuously develop your skills in software engineering.
