Job Summary

Diligentcorporation is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term contract of one year, performing the role remotely from Ireland. The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with various stakeholders to identify system enhancements and streamline processes while prioritizing user experience. The position requires close collaboration with different internal working groups to effectively handle internal processes, data management, and provide support to end-users. In addition, the analyst acts as a data steward, holding responsibility for the security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data to deliver best-in-class customer service and support within the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HRIS Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultative partner in requirement gathering and translating those into functional or technical design.
  • Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades, and data in the HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity.
  • Support company initiatives across various areas, including performance management and several client-facing projects.
  • Develop data import and export processes.

Required Experience and Skills

To be considered for the Senior HRIS Analyst position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:


  • 5+ years' experience working with HRIS, particularly with support experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation.
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality regulations and protecting sensitive HR data.

Preferred Experience and Skills

While not mandatory, candidates with the following characteristics will have a competitive edge:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or human resources is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and application report tools.
