  • Managing comprehensive demand generation and growth initiatives for Reveal, involving pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel performance.
  • Personally executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as Email, Paid, Organic, Events, and Affiliates.
  • Ensuring that programs are launched efficiently and iteratively, avoiding stagnation during planning phases.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop, execute, and measure ABM programs, working closely with the sales team to define target accounts.
  • Create tailored messaging and assets while coordinating outreach strategies and follow-ups.
  • Utilize intent and account data to prioritize efforts effectively and report on engagement and outcomes.
  • Provide sales enablement materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks.

Budget Ownership & Performance Management

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing the Reveal marketing budget, which includes planning, allocation, ROI analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Making trade-off decisions to maximize marketing impact and adjusting strategies based on reporting results.

Product & Brand Marketing

  • Define and refine Reveal's positioning and messaging, translating technical capabilities into clear and benefit-driven communications.
  • Support product launches, feature rollouts, and roadmap communications through meticulous customer and competitive research.

Content & Copywriting

This includes:

  • Writing and editing various marketing materials, including website copy, landing pages, blog content, campaign messaging, and Thought Leadership materials.
  • Maintaining consistency in brand voice while efficiently utilizing AI tools for content creation.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Candidates will:

  • Define and monitor KPIs tied to pipeline development and growth.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to ensure all activities align with sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focusing on product, growth, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience in owning results and managing success metrics.
  • Strong writing and execution capabilities, with an emphasis on independently driving initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies, demand generation, and budget management.
  • Experience with analytics and Business Intelligence tools, as well as familiarity with developer-facing products.
