For this position, VetSource is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
A minimum of 2 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building rapport with employees and management at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, alongside familiarity with HR Information Systems like Workday.
