• Collaborating closely with various internal security teams to drive security risk remediation projects.
• Regularly updating security leadership on the team's progress during Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Implementing data-driven process enhancements to improve OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Ideal Candidate Profile

The position requires that the candidate:

• Possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with over 3 years in a leadership role specifically within an enterprise security framework.
• Have prior experience at a Director or Senior Manager level in Information Security and a background in managing security implementations in large enterprises brings an added advantage.
• Exhibit strong technical skills covering DevOps, Cloud, network, systems, data, and application security.
• Proficiently apply tools to protect IT assets, detect security incidents, and resolve identified vulnerabilities.
• Have experience managing security across PC, Mac, and Linux platforms in various IT environments, including public clouds.
• Preferably possess advanced degrees in IT Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Hold notable industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC.
• Be available for after-hours tasks when necessary.

Salary and Compensation

The salary structure for this role is quite competitive, with a specified range:

• Minimum: $171,800.00
• Maximum: $375,900.00

In addition to the base salary, Zoom follows a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that encompasses base salary, bonuses, and equity values.
