Job Role and Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your role will be pivotal in leading the entire sales cycle from initial interest to deal closure. This position requires you to:

  • Lead the full sales cycle, coordinating with customer success and technical teams.

  • Build robust relationships with C-suite executives across various industries.

  • Create detailed business plans to meet set goals and quotas.

  • Consult with prospects and existing customers to understand business objectives and foster long-lasting partnerships (specifically with organizations having more than 1000 employees).

  • Model diverse use cases where Pigment’s solutions can drive business transformation.

  • Provide professional after-sales support alongside the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to enhance customer loyalty.

  • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records using Salesforce.

  • Analyze sales insights and experiment with new growth tactics.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet certain minimum and preferred qualifications. The minimum qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 6 years in a quota-carrying sales role in either Tech or Financial Services.


  • A proven track record of performance (such as being part of the President's Club or Chairman's Club).

  • A dedicated attitude towards exceeding expectations.

The preferred qualifications are:

  • A Master’s Degree or other advanced qualifications.

  • Sales experience within the SaaS B2B environment or similar financial products targeted at the North American market.

  • A strong background in finance or business planning, coupled with a passion for tech products.

  • A demonstrated history of creating substantial revenue impacts and nurturing business relationships.
