Job Responsibilities

• Metrics Reporting: Generating and distributing transition metrics for the advisors to track their integration into the company.

• Workflow Improvement: Identifying potential enhancements in processes, suggesting improvements, and implementing changes to better integrate capabilities.

• Client Coordination: Serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout the customer life cycle, offering both operational and training support.

• Data Management: Ensuring that customer implementation data is accurately recorded and managing product dependencies to support timelines.

• Administrative Tasks: Performing complex administrative tasks and maintenance support for project teams, directing issues to the management when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in change implementation or related fields, such as client service or brokerage operations. Specific qualifications include:

• Proven experience and expertise in the financial services industry.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Wells Fargo Smart Station and BETA application is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with a capability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Collaborative skills to effectively work with peers and management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a structured environment.

Desired Qualifications
