About the Role

Wing is actively seeking an Aviation Training & Operations Readiness Lead to join its Flight Operations team in a remote position based in the United States. This critical leadership role is designed for motivated and forward-thinking individuals ready to contribute as Wing undergoes rapid, large-scale growth. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Global Flight Ops, Standards, and Regulatory Affairs, and will lead a multidisciplinary team involved in operational evaluation and training within aviation.

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for creating and refining operational procedures and standards, ensuring they are validated through thorough evaluations. This role also involves collaboration with Chief Pilots worldwide to uphold flight standards and oversee the creation of impactful training content. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Possession of a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

  • At least 12 years of experience in aviation training, operations, or flight testing.

  • A minimum of 5 years building and mentoring high-performing teams within aviation.

  • Proven experience in leading programs that deploy new technologies and procedures in aviation operations.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.

  • A Commercial Pilot Certificate and status as a Certified Flight Instructor are highly desirable qualifications.
