Cross-collaborative efforts: Work in close partnership with product management and engineering to define problems, devise specifications, and adapt quickly based on real-world usage feedback.
Lean discovery methods: Conduct user interviews, lightweight usability tests, and rapid experiments to validate ideas effectively.
Champion UX quality: Ensure high standards for craft and user experience while accelerating the shipping process typical in startup environments.
