Job Responsibilities

As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Quality Control & Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process. This involves training new hires, ensuring only the best talent is brought into the team, and supporting new team members as they acclimate.
  • Sales Through Text: Develop expertise in text-based communication to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales. You will also be responsible for training your team in these communication techniques.
  • Process Optimization: Seek continuous improvement in sales processes to enhance communication and maximize performance outcomes. Implement strategies and best practices to improve sales effectiveness based on data and team feedback.
