A minimum of 5 years in professional development is required, specifically emphasizing system monitoring, quality assurance, and bug fixing.
Successful candidates must have proficiency in Ruby on Rails, capability in relational databases management, familiarity with Heroku infrastructure, and ease navigating logs and error messages in production environments. Knowledge of tools like Airbrake and Coralogix is a plus.
