Technical Leadership & Development

The Engineering Lead will be entrusted with several key responsibilities including:

Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional engineering experience.

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with AI and LLM integration, including orchestration frameworks and output quality management.

• Proven ability to take vague project briefs, ask clarifying questions, create actionable plans, and deliver functioning systems largely independently.

• Experience in crafting complete systems end-to-end, with a preference for those with a background in internal tools or automation platforms.

• Solid experience with access control design, including RBAC and zero trust principles.

• Competency in using Python and Java for architecture and performance optimization; experience with Kotlin is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Backend proficiency including knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services (AWS, GCP), and the architecture of distributed systems.
