Job Title and Role

Key Responsibilities

Under this position, your duties will include:

Developing Agency Partnerships

  • Pitching Vidpros' white-label editing solutions to different types of marketing, creative, and talent agencies.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in agencies to establish Vidpros as a preferred partner.

Engaging Influencers and Creators

  • Cultivating relationships with influencers, YouTubers, TikTok creators, and other digital content producers.
  • Demonstrating how Vidpros' editing services can help these creators streamline their content production and augment their audience engagement.

Driving Revenue Growth

  • Constructing and managing a sales pipeline that consists of both inbound and outbound prospects.
  • Assuming responsibility for revenue targets, ensuring you meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tech sales targeting creative or influencer agencies, or the same length of time working in a marketing, talent, or influencer agency managing creator campaigns.

Additional skills include:



  • An established network in the influencer, creator, or agency ecosystem.
  • Proven sales acumen with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with video editing, influencer marketing, and creative production workflows.
  • The ability to work as a proactive self-starter in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate should aim to generate between $30,000 and $50,000 in sales per month, focusing on both agency and creator sales.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes:

  • A base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, under a contractor agreement.
  • An uncapped commission structure that can result in on-target earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $150,000+.
