• Ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and effectively train others.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Other requirements include:

• 0-3 years of experience in a Precon, Operations, or VDC-related role.
• A foundational understanding of design, engineering, or construction processes.
• Exposure to the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes, particularly in MEP coordination.
