Leading product team activities, including sprint planning, story refinement, and reviews to deliver maximum value in product development.
Contributing to sustainability and corporate social responsibility reporting while enabling feedback loops between users and team through iterative product development.
Developing an understanding of the agriculture technology landscape to identify new product opportunities.
Occasional national travel may be required for meetings and events, although the primary position allows for telecommuting from anywhere within the United States.
Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Agriculture, Applied Sciences, or a related field, accompanied by five years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Technology Consultant, or in a similar role within agriculture technology. OR a Bachelor's degree, requiring seven years of relevant experience.
A robust understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and enterprise solution delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience handling database management and workflows, particularly in the agriculture industry coupled with insights into the carbon credit market and associated registration body standards.
Knowledge of supply chain traceability, GHG accounting, and third-party data integrations.
Proven track record of contributing to corporate social responsibility and sustainability reporting.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $214,074.00 to $219,095.00 per year. The benefits package for this full-time position typically includes:
