As a Sales & Operations Assistant, the candidate will take on considerable responsibilities that primarily cover order logistics and customer service aspects related to sales. Key responsibilities include:
Order Logistics: Handling the entry, tracking, and maintenance of orders.
Warehouse Interaction: Working with warehouses to obtain shipping quotes, maintain stock level accuracy, and ensure orders are fulfilled properly and on time.
Dropship Account Maintenance: Allocating inventory, reporting on SKU sell-through velocity across 2-3 key dropship accounts, addressing late shipments and customer queries, and tracking returns.
New Dropship Setup: Includes creating catalogs (image specs, product descriptions), learning backend systems, and ensuring that all information is accurately reflected on partner sites.
Sales Opportunity Identification: Determining sales opportunities across wholesale and seasonal dropship marketing, with preliminary outreach and follow-ups.
Customer Issue Resolution: Addressing DTC customer issues, processing returns, and administering refunds after returns have been received.
Data Management: Involves monthly data sorting to match dropship and wholesale sales with payouts received.
Quickbooks Utilization: Using Quickbooks Online for dropship payment matching for accounts receivable (AR).
