  • Crafting advanced, decision-grade reporting for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system change management and rollouts.
  • Documenting all commercial standards and definitions for streamlined operations.
  • Identifying and remedying revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies within the processes.
  • Partnering with GTM Engineers to automate and scale essential processes.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives in GTM, notably in pricing, new motions, and tooling.
  • Managing the commissions lifecycle, which includes monthly calculations, commission letters, and performance reporting.
