Prior experience in writing is necessary, as the role predominantly consists of the following tasks:

• Writing clear, concise, and engaging support articles from diverse sources, including forum threads, emails, and bug requests.

• Reviewing community article submissions and recommending robust information architecture for better content organization.

• Crafting responses for contributors and support staff, ensuring clear communication is maintained.

• Collaborating with various teams such as marketing, editorial, and PR to ensure consistent messaging.

• Managing community interactions to enhance knowledge base articles, gathering insights from contributors' experiences.

• Editing articles for SEO optimization and improving user experience.

• Monitoring content performance through user feedback and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

• Handling articles older than four months and ensuring they stay updated.

• Leading migrations of knowledge base content between platforms to maintain content integrity.
