Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.
Maintaining the smooth operation of the training academy.
Meeting with external clients and agencies.
Coaching and developing apprentices throughout their programs.
You will also be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence and learner documentation. This aspect of the role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, especially when working with multiple learners and programs.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
Proficiency in IT, including tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A strong verbal and written communication ability, enabling you to convey ideas clearly.
Highly organized, methodical, and able to thrive in a busy environment, given that you may juggle various tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to effectively handle conflicting deadlines.
Experience and familiarity with fire and security systems.

This position is a full-time role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, allowing for a structured work-life balance.
