  • At least 5 years of experience supporting products from the Motor Coach brand or 10 years for other brands.
  • Relevant certifications, including CFC12-12 Certified and Technician Type II MV AC EPA Certification.
  • Familiarity with software and systems such as Smartire/Smartwave, Amerex, Bendix ABS/Traction Control, CAT, DDDL, Cummins Insite, ZF, and Allison Transmission diagnostics, along with WABCO systems.
  • A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred, alongside a relevant medical certification card.
  • Strong computer literacy in ancillary tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Competent customer service skills to ensure satisfaction and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
