Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic ISV Partnerships GTM:
You will own the go-to-market motion for technical partnerships, developing joint positioning, coordinating co-marketing activities, and ensuring sales teams are equipped with necessary collateral. This involves close day-to-day management of these partnership programs.

Technical Platform Launches:
The role requires end-to-end ownership of go-to-market execution for technical product launches. Responsibilities include crafting compelling narratives, milestone planning, internal communications, and evaluating success post-launch. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical specifications and translating them into customer-friendly messaging is key.

API & Agentic Narrative Support:
You’ll support the company’s API and agentic platform narrative by developing materials to help technical buyers comprehend the capabilities offered by Bloomreach. Understanding agentic AI architectures and multi-cloud platforms is a significant advantage.

Customer Storylines & Sales Enablement:
Supporting the sales team in developing credible, compelling narratives around the Bloomreach platform involves creating field-ready assets like training content and technical briefs. Keeping this content updated and accessible ensures internal teams can effectively discuss the platform.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You will partner with various departments, including Product, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing, to execute launches and programs timely and accurately. Monitoring project health and proactively identifying risks will be a part of the daily responsibilities.

Other Duties:
The role may involve additional responsibilities and contributions to business objectives and team activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a robust background—preferably up to 5 years—in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a similar domain, ideally within the SaaS or AI sectors.

  • Technical Marketing Experience: An understanding of technical partners in product development and market strategies is crucial.
  • Fluent in API/MCP: Candidates should comprehend agentic architecture functions and their customer value contributions.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: The ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly will be necessary for interaction with technical buyers.
  • Proactive and Collaborative Mindset: Taking initiative and communicating effectively in team settings will help facilitate a successful work environment.

Month 1: Familiarize yourself by shadowing senior Product Marketing Managers and delving deep into the Bloomreach platform's capabilities. Months 1-2: Assume control of your first product launch, crafting the necessary messaging briefs and coordinating internal communications. Month 3: Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for partnerships like AWS and GCP, maintaining engagement and updating positioning documents. Month 6: Conduct a post-mortem for your first major launch and share insights with the broader team, alongside contributing to the company's narratives.
