As a Technical Documentation Writer, you will be part of the Advocacy Team and will take full ownership of the devcenter.upsun.com website and various public documentation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that developers have access to the knowledge and tools that will allow them to effectively use Platform.sh's services. This role reports directly to the Director of Global Enablement.
Core Projects: Develop technical tutorials, reference materials, and how-to guides aimed at helping developers optimize their use of the Upsun platform.
Daily Responsibilities: Regularly update and refine the devcenter.upsun.com documentation by integrating user feedback, analyzing documentation performance, and making necessary adjustments to enhance clarity and engagement.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical, product, and support teams to ensure that documentation stays current with the latest product changes and industry best practices.
Addressing Challenges: Proactively identify documentation workflow pain points and initiate discussions for potential improvements, thereby contributing to a more user-friendly experience.
Driving Innovation: Serve as a key point of contact for any documentation-related issues and work towards driving impactful improvements in user experience.
