Required Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a strong set of qualifications and technical skills, which include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly with a comprehensive understanding of OCI and one or more cloud product verticals such as HCM, ERP, SCM, Sales Cloud, or EPM.
  • Expertise in the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS integration framework and the underlying relational Database technology.
  • Proven experience in managing full cycle implementations of cloud solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend business functionalities and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a collaborative, remote environment and demonstrated ability to lead teams.
