The position available is for a Clinical Lead, who will be instrumental in overseeing the clinical safety of Apollo’s home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and support to healthcare teams, including Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
• Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to comply with regulatory standards.

Due to an upcoming digitalization project scheduled to begin in 2025, the Clinical Lead will also play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of this initiative. The transition involves moving from a paper-based system to digital care records, and your duties will include supporting data migration, training Clinical Nurse Specialists, and becoming a Superuser of the new system.

Employment Details

This role is a full-time, permanent position and will be primarily office-based. The workplace can be located at the company's offices in Heywood, Wolverhampton, or Peterborough. Furthermore, there will be the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence, must have access to a vehicle, and should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned offices. Routine out-of-hours escalation support will also be required on a rota basis, and there will be weekly travel across the company's network of offices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (in either adults or children's healthcare).
• Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably within home healthcare or a similar setting.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
• A strong commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring that knowledge of clinical advancements remains up to date.
