  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work alongside hiring managers to define job role requirements, develop assessment methodologies, and create detailed interview scorecards.

  • Data and Reporting: Provide regular updates on hiring activity and market trends that can inform recruitment strategies.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage talent pipelines while focusing on diversity-related sourcing initiatives.

  • Candidate Experience Champion: Take ownership of the candidate experience, offering constructive feedback and coaching throughout the interview process.

  • Employer Branding Ambassador: Promote Ben's employer brand effectively to attract the right talent. Opportunities to undertake smaller branding initiatives may also be available, depending on the candidate's interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Talent Partner position will possess the following skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an in-house talent role or 2-3 years as an agency recruiter looking for a shift to an internal role. Managing between 5-10 requisitions simultaneously should be part of your past experiences.

  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You will need strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

  • Excellent Communication: You must be able to craft compelling job ads, design outreach campaigns, and engage actively with candidates daily.

  • Candidate Experience Focus: A genuine desire to enhance the candidate experience is crucial, ensuring all candidates feel valued, regardless of the outcome of their application.

  • Sourcing Skills: Experience in building talent pipelines using a variety of tools and sourcing techniques is expected. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques is valuable, although there will be opportunities for skill development in this area.
