Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Strategy

  • Lead and Steer: As the Technical Lead, you will manage technical deliverables, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into technical realities.

Systems Architecture

  • Ownership: You will take charge of complex systems work and architect scalable solutions.

Development & Tooling

  • Internal Tools: Develop new internal tools to optimize operations efficiently.
  • Backend Processes: Utilize your expertise in Python to enhance backend processes and develop new libraries for tracing, logging, and schema validation.

Collaboration & Delivery

Required Qualifications
