TrueBlue is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Enterprise AI team. The purpose of this role is to expand the company's Business Intelligence (BI), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to achieve long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for a range of essential tasks designed to fulfill the company’s ambition to become a leader in AI service offerings:

  • Build Vision and Strategy: The role involves acting as a product evangelist for AI, BI, and data analytics within TrueBlue. This includes developing a product strategy aimed at decreasing the time needed to gain insights from data by promoting AI-driven initiatives.

  • Identify and Define Product Needs: The candidate will synthesize inputs from various stakeholders, including users and competitors, to prioritize roadmap investments. Documenting these needs through product briefs for the technology teams is also crucial.

  • Oversee Roadmap Execution: As a Product Manager, the individual will act as the voice of the business. They will communicate effectively with technical product owners and Agile Scrum teams to navigate prioritization challenges and bring value to clients and the internal workforce.

  • Measure and Learn: In this role, the Senior Product Manager will track product health and business metrics, determining hypotheses and identifying opportunities for improvement, particularly for ML and large language model (LLM) features.

  • Collaborate and Communicate: Collaboration is key in this highly interactive position. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with technical teams and other Product Managers within and outside the BI team to develop interdependent roadmaps.

  • Own AI Platform and APIs: Defining product strategy for shared services, APIs, and model delivery platforms forms an essential part of the responsibilities. The focus will be on balancing performance with cost and reusability.

Required Skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this Senior Product Manager position ranges from $122,400 to $153,000 per year, depending on experience and geographical location, which may vary based on local pay requirements. TrueBlue offers a competitive benefits package that includes:
