A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, while a master's degree is preferred.
At least seven years of instructional design experience applying adult education principles for creating engaging eLearning content.
Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and awareness of various training methods, formats, and techniques.
Proficiency in multimedia development skills, encompassing video, graphics, and audio among others.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills, enabling the management of diverse work assignments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with various customers in different situations.
Experience with authoring applications like Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Lectora, and Photoshop, alongside audio editing software.
Capable of deploying content via Learning Management Systems (LMS). A rich portfolio of eLearning samples is required to exhibit your previous work during the selection process.
