  • Ensuring consistent marketing execution while observing the specific needs of distinct markets.
  • Creating an inclusive team environment that values individual contributions.
  • Representing the EMEA field marketing efforts in global executive forums to influence the overarching marketing strategy.

Required Skills

The position emphasizes strong qualifications, including:

  • A minimum of 12 years of B2B marketing experience, especially in senior leadership roles that support enterprise sales.
  • A proven ability to build and scale field marketing teams and initiatives successfully.
