The ideal candidate will bring a robust skillset and qualifications, including:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing data within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Proven ability is essential to apply scientific methods to real-world problems on web-scale data.
Extensive experience in solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches, particularly in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Forecasting, Econometrics, or other related fields.
Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
A rigorous approach to analysis with a strong sense of skepticism, attention to detail, and commitment to a high-quality, results-oriented output.
Proficiency in manipulating large datasets that are highly dimensional and complex, including fluency in SQL and a scripting language like Python or R.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical partners effectively.
A collaborative team spirit capable of working closely with cross-functional leadership to convert insights into actionable strategies.
