  • Documenting all telephone conversations accurately in the appropriate systems.
  • Updating records in the billing system, which includes reviewing accounts, tracking payment collections, and documenting case notes.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Assisting with other related duties as assigned by the management or supervisory staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Work Schedule

The position requires the successful candidate to work Monday through Friday during the hours mentioned below:


  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST
  • 8:30 AM-5:00 PM MTN
  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $15.50 and $19.00 per hour, or state/local minimum wage if higher. Job offers will be made considering candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications relative to internal equity and market data. The application window closes on April 12, 2025.

Laboratory employees scheduled for 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) options, and Tuition Reimbursement. Casual, PRN, and part-time employees working less than 20 hours are only eligible for the 401(k) Plan.
