Work collaboratively with a variety of systems, processes, and technologies to own and resolve challenges from start to finish. The position requires maintaining high engineering standards and ensuring consistency throughout the codebase.

Engagement with stakeholders across various departments, such as product management, design, marketing, and operations to devise and implement new features and products.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for designing systems from first principles and a penchant for navigating ambiguity is essential.

Furthermore, candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all the listed criteria, as Thatch is known for hiring based on potential rather than solely fulfilling every requirement.

The following experiences would be especially valued:

  • Background or interest in finance, healthcare, or benefits-related fields.
  • Experience in taking new products from their initial concept to successful implementation.

Interview Process

Thatch indicates a rigorous interview process that evaluates candidates based on integrity, talent, and drive. The organization trusts its candidates and reflects this through a fast-paced interview progression that usually completes within 2 weeks.
