The current opening is for a Senior/Medior Technical Writer + UX Writer within our Technical Communications Team. As a Technical/UX Writer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Writing, reviewing, and maintaining various forms of technical documentation and UI content.
• Collaborating with developers and UX designers to gain insights into product technology, crucial for informed documentation.
• Developing a thorough understanding of our products as well as the various use cases that our customers face.
• Ensuring our documentation adheres to recognized technical communication standards.
• Conducting peer reviews and running tests to maintain consistency and quality across all outputs.
• Ensuring that documentation is user-friendly by validating it against actual product usage.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Communicators
