Job Responsibilities

Full Recruiting Lifecycle

The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from their initial interactions through to onboarding. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

  • Qualifying applicants for various technical roles based on criteria set by hiring managers.

  • Conducting phone and video screenings to assess the communication skills, cultural fit, and technical relevance of candidates.

  • Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and platforms like Indeed to manage candidate pipelines.

  • Providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining communication with existing consultants.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to extend and present job offers.

  • Supporting the onboarding process by guiding new hires through HR, payroll, and systems setup.

Ongoing Communication

Additionally, the recruiter will check in with new hires during their early tenure to support their transition and participate in client-facing activities like role intake calls and interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
