  • Managing end-to-end content and optimization workflows by identifying opportunities and developing briefs through publication, measurement, and iteration in cooperation with agency partners, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborating closely with product marketing, content, web, and communications teams to align business priorities with effective content programs that resonate with developers and technical decision-makers.
  • Evaluating and improving how LaunchDarkly appears in AI-generated search results and large language model-powered experiences. Additionally, you will establish benchmarks for GEO and LLMO performance and adapt your strategies as the space matures.
  • Utilizing various analytics platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Salesforce to evaluate performance and surface opportunities. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitive landscapes, search algorithm adjustments, and emerging AI discovery trends to keep LaunchDarkly’s approach innovative and effective.
  • Providing editorial direction alongside hands-on writing or editing support as necessary to ensure content quality aligns with SEO and GEO objectives.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment on organic priorities to keep all stakeholders informed and initiatives progressing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this senior role, candidates must exhibit a blend of skills and experiences. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically with significant ownership of SEO strategy and execution, primarily targeting technical audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The targeted pay for this position varies based on Geographic Zones in the United States:

  • Zone 1 (e.g., San Francisco, NYC): $136,000 – $187,000
  • Zone 2 (e.g., Los Angeles, Austin): $122,000 – $168,000
  • Zone 3 (All other US locations): $116,000 – $159,000
