The key responsibilities for the Senior Sales Recruiter include:
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior roles in the Sales and Marketing teams.
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to create high-quality candidate pipelines.
Conducting 20+ phone screens weekly and driving 360 sourcing reachouts quarterly.
Leading structured interviews, including designing interview plans and conducting debrief sessions.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through to acceptance of offers.
Analyzing and presenting insights on market trends and compensation.
Collaborating with business leaders to align on job requirements and candidate profiles.
Leveraging data and analytics to monitor progress and refine the recruitment process.
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating varied interview panels and ensuring equitable hiring practices.
Managing recruiting tasks autonomously while adhering to established processes.
Partnering with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, HR, and Compensation, to enhance the recruiting process and strategize around offers.
Candidates seeking this role should meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably targeting positions in Sales, Revenue, and Marketing roles, particularly within the SaaS domain.
Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong capability working with leaders across the organizational hierarchy, from managers to VPs.
Expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing analytics to guide talent acquisition strategies effectively.
Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Operations organizations and high-performing marketing teams.
Experience using recruiting platforms such as Gem and Greenhouse or similar tools.
Proficient in both written and oral communication with an ability to collaborate and influence across various functions.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of swiftly pivoting and managing multiple requisitions.
