The Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for various high-impact activities, including:

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting for executive-level positions, partnering closely with senior leadership to define candidate profiles and search strategies.
  • Conducting structured interviews to assess leadership capabilities and cultural fit within YipitData.
  • Developing proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill senior roles using outbound sourcing strategies and market mapping.
  • Articulating the company's vision, growth trajectory, and competitive positioning to attract top talent.
  • Managing candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process and ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Utilizing ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) effectively to maintain high hiring standards and continuous improvements.

The successful candidate is likely to meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring senior-level talent.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $135,000 and $150,000, accompanied by a target bonus that brings total compensation to around $160,000 to $180,000 on-target earnings.
