Engaging with Agile methodologies, including attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, while providing QA perspectives.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI), including defect backlog trends and release readiness to maintain and improve quality standards.
Supporting automation efforts through designing or maintaining automated test scripts with development teams.
Influencing tooling and process improvements by selecting and rolling out new QA tools and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
To thrive in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies, particularly across web and APIs. The following qualifications are necessary:
Extensive hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
Proven track record in defining QA strategies and implementing frameworks that improve overall quality maturity.
A solid understanding of various non-functional testing types such as performance, security, and accessibility.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication and influence among engineering, product, and operations teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with a proactive approach to driving change.
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates with ISTQB or equivalent QA certification will be favored, along with experience in security and performance testing as advantages.
